These terms explain how Match 'n Move handles introductions between customers and moving or cleaning companies, how submitted information is shared, and where responsibility sits once a provider is engaged.

Clear marketplace boundaries
Match 'n Move acts as an introduction and lead-distribution platform. Responsibility for services delivered remains with the moving or cleaning company engaged by the customer.
Lead protection standards
Listed moving and cleaning businesses must not redistribute, resell, or otherwise misuse leads received through the platform.
Partner accountability
Relocation partners are expected to respond within a reasonable timeframe and to uphold standards that reflect well on the Match 'n Move network.

1. Service scope
Match 'n Move introduces furniture removal companies to people and businesses seeking relocation services and, where a customer opts in, cleaning companies to people seeking move-out cleaning.
A customer can request moving quotes without requesting cleaning. Cleaning quote requests are free for customers and carry no obligation to book.
2. Information handling
Information supplied through the website will be forwarded only to selected providers relevant to the services the customer requested.
A cleaning company receives a privacy-limited preview. Customer contact details and the full pickup address are released only when that assigned company opens the cleaning lead. Destination details, detailed moving inventory, and mover-specific information are not included in the cleaning lead.
Under no circumstances will that information be distributed to any unrelated third party outside the Match 'n Move service network.
Match 'n Move will take reasonable steps to protect the information supplied by users.
3. Lead use restrictions
No moving or cleaning business listed on Match 'n Move may redistribute, resell, transfer, or otherwise disclose any lead received through the website to an unauthorised third party.
If a provider is found to have misused lead information, Match 'n Move may suspend or remove that business from the platform and may recover associated losses, costs, or charges as applicable.
4. Liability and third-party services
Match 'n Move is an introduction platform and is not the moving or cleaning contractor. The selected provider is responsible for its quote, labour, advice, pricing, materials, and service delivery.
Match 'n Move will not be responsible for loss of or damage to goods, furniture, or property arising from a service provider introduced through the platform, to the extent permitted by law.
5. Partner selection and removal
Match 'n Move reserves the right to screen, activate, suspend, or remove any relocation partner, moving company, or cleaning company at its discretion.
We may terminate the services of any listed business if its conduct, service quality, or business practices bring the name or reputation of Match 'n Move into disrepute.
6. Response expectations
Moving companies appointed by Match 'n Move undertake to respond to quote requests within a reasonable period. The recommended response time is 24 hours.
Match 'n Move cannot be held responsible for delayed responses or for a failure by a listed moving company to respond.
7. Customer feedback
Clients who experience delays or receive no response are encouraged to inform Match 'n Move so the matter can be reviewed.

8. Cleaning lead fees and monthly invoices
A cleaning company may inspect an assigned lead preview at no charge. The interface displays the applicable fee before the company confirms that it wants to open the lead.
Opening a cleaning lead creates one fixed $15 NZD charge for that cleaning company and reveals the protected contact details. The charge applies once per assigned lead even if the page is refreshed or the request is retried, and remains payable whether the resulting job is won or lost.
Cleaning lead charges are collected into a calendar-month invoice. Invoice totals and any separately itemised tax treatment will follow the invoice issued by Match 'n Move; no additional success fee applies when a cleaning job is won.
